FREE ONLINE JIU-JITSU
CRASH COURSE

A while back, I did this short 10-class online BJJ course covering the most important things you should know about a few selected positions.

The idea was to give beginners in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu the very first concepts they should pay attention to and develop a good framework to which they could add more techniques later.

Also, by keeping it simple, the martial arts student can adapt faster as situations change. Like a computer, too many things going on at the same time will slow you down.

I’m sure it’ll come in handy to have this series for you to study. Like a good series, feel free to binge-watch; but come back to it whenever needed. There is a lot of information condensed into those short videos.

Enjoy!

Bruno Fernandes, 6th Degree BJJ Black Belt. Head Instructor at GB Montreal.

Every week you get to train with Professor Bruno who is the nicest guy you will ever meet while also being the best at Ju Jitsu in Canada. The coaches are the most knowledgeable, the school is clean and you can train anywhere in the world there is a GB including the St Henri Location. I could not imagine a better school for kids and adults.

Je suis tellement heureuse d’avoir inscrit mes filles ici ,les coachs sont passionnés, attentifs et savent vraiment motiver les enfants tout en leur apprenant le respect, la discipline et la confiance en soi.

Amazing place, real sense of community. My kids (ages 8 and 6) have been going for 2 years. Their favorite - Friday night (parents night out), which also gives my wife and I a chance to grab a date night dinner!
